Sundance Selects acquires Vivian Maier documentary

Sundance Selects announced today that the company is acquiring U.S. rights to John Maloof and Charlie Siskel’s feature documentary Finding Vivian Maier, which was produced by Maloof and Siskel, and executive produced by Jeff Garlin.
Finding Vivian Maier unearths the untold story of one of the greatest photographers of the 20th Century, who was a mystery to even those who knew her. The story that emerges goes beyond clichés of the undiscovered artist to offer a portrait of a woman who left a legacy of transformative work.
